This is a serious down grade from the HP I'd been using for years. It takes forever to print, I am very disappointed in this purchase.

I find it interesting that my printer sends information to HP. It does save time, and cost is better.

Not easy to install. It didn’t do what it supposed to do: print! It has major connectivity problems to internet and to my computer.

It works good for what I need. The ink was an issue getting it to recognize it. Sometimes it prints a blank page.

This printer consistently has trouble connecting to my computer. Does not print to the bottom of the page on many documents.

Poor printer. Ink cartridges are too expensive and one has to continu ally purchase printer drivers.

My old printer had double sided printing right up front. This printer doesn’t and I am jumping thru hoops trying to figure out how to do it.

The title says it all. This printer is impossible to connect with. I can't get it to print and HP AI can't help me. HP app is not helpful.

It's a decent printer for the price, but I keep having to cycle it off and on to print. The wifi keeps dropping off the printer
