Printer works extremely well and is quiet. Installation process awful.

Printer is used almost exclusively to accept jobs from 2 mobile phones and two tablets. Device works well and is quiet. Installation using mobile phone started well but had numerous hurdles. Install process does not complete registration. Manual effort to register was ineffective. App still says install incomplete even though device is working.

GREAT ECONOMICAL PRINTER & EASY TO SET UP

I LIKE THE PRINTING SPEED. THE PRICE WAS PERFECT. JUST LOVED THE EASE OF SETTING IT UP. MY ONLY "COMPLAINT", FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD, IS LOADING THE INK CARTRIDGES. I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO LINE THEM UP AND PRESS THEM IN.

Free ink and printing performance

You are offering three months of free ink but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I expect one refund or no charge equivalent. The printing is coming out too slow at times. I wasn't able to print in 3" x 5" CARDS
