The printer is good for what you need to use it for. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t print double sided like I was told and I also looked it up. Other than that it is worth the money.

I love the new printer fits in my space perfectly only slight problem is the working panel is a bit small. My vision isn’t great and I’m not sure what all the buttons do. I need to refer back to the manual quite often prints great.

The printer does everything I need it to do (scan,copy, and print in black/color). I use it for all my teacher projects and homework for college classes. My only complaint is that it prints and scans very slowly.

You are offering three months of free ink but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I expect one refund or no charge equivalent. The printing is coming out too slow at times. I wasn't able to print in 3" x 5" CARDS

The price was the main factor in deciding to purchase it. What I don’t like about it is it doesn’t print both sides automatically. You have to flip the page and reinsert it back into the paper tray.

I like the scanning through document feeder or glass. I like the loading of paper. I dislike no double side printing/ scanning option. I use it for work and scan a lot of documents.

This printer is junk! It always has trouble pulling paper in to print. Most ot the print jobs it prints so slow . This printer is definitely the worst I have ever had!

I was excited for a new printer, but this one has been a bit of a pain. It freezes up when I try to send something to print. I end up having to unplug it and plug it back in each time I want it to print. It’s very, very frustrating.

The subscription service has never failed me . It never failed when I needed to print I was low or out of Ink. Since I enrolled to the monthly service I have never had any issues.

Printer indicates no ink when the cartrifge is new. I have to manually open the compartment everytime I want to use it so that it can reset ink level to actual level. Very annoying bug.
