Had an issues installing, can’t say it was operator error but when tried to print from Ipad it created a new WiFi network. This is I believe it may have a operator error. Finally deinstalling the app. Working fine.

This printer is easy to set up, even for someone who’s technically-challenged. The paper feeds from the back, which is easier to load, rather than the underneath tray. It does not print double-sided, which is the only drawback.

After changing the colored ink with the cartridge I was sent via my HP ink subscription, the printer stopped recognizing the black ink cartridge has valid.

I bought this multiple function printer for the scanner. 80% of my documents are saved in the cloud and not for printing. When I have printed, the quality of the document printed was impressive (the last printer I bought was 15 years ago).

My printer is constantly going into an error. I use it in my classroom, so it sits in one spot. I bought it brand new and I’m constantly having to mess around with it. When it is working, it does a great job. Copies don’t take too long.

Had it working then it lost internet connection and wouldn’t print. I removed it from my list of printers and added it back. It works now but I’d like to know if my 4 (four) months of free instant Ink are still active.

This printer is so bad. The black ink does not work. I have change the printer 2 times and all of them cam with the same problem. At the moment I had to returned what I bouthgth. So bad quality.

I don’t like the ink subscription. Seems like it’s even more over priced than the ink cartridges which are way over priced. Can’t buy refurbished ink as the chips won’t match…horrible design

I got the job done, started making weird noises inside and now I changed the ink for the first time and now it’s showing an error it’s not even a month old, frustrating

Some printing jobs stop mid way, spit out a single sheet that’s only printed half way down the page. No obstructions, everything is set up correctly. Just doesn’t work.
