I replaced my 4200 because the print quality was poor and this one is exactly the same. When I print it cuts an inch from the boarder of everything I print. It will not print boarderless so that my image takes up the whole page. Would not recommend this or the 4200 series to anyone! Buyer beware.

I bought this printer because my 10 old HP printer finally quit working. I love HP quality so I decided to get another one. Since I only use the printer for home printing I dont need to spend a lot of money. I saw this one and decided to get it. Setting it up was a little difficult because the instructions are not as clear as the should be especially where the paper adjustment is located. The printer will not work unless you adjust this. I had to go to You Tube to locate it. The process took longer than I expected. Once that was done the printer works great.

I have been a royal HP customer getting your printers for years, but this one was a real loser. It was not that easy to set up and it kept breaking down. I ultimately had to get a different model and I lost the money that I paid for this one. However, I did stay with HP.

This is my 3rd HP printer and it will absolutely be my last. I'm so sick it them charging fro every single little thing, to never stays connected to the network, the ink you have to pay so much for last about a week and then just prints dull colors. NOT WORTH your time, energy or money

I ended up just tossing it in the trash after 2 weeks (not joking). The Application for this is terrible, it almost never connects to my PC and when it does its a huge hassle to get it to. Tried the direct connect.. that just waste of paper to give you the direct connect code then doesn't do anything. On top of that... it would randomly go into a Serious Error and all lights would flash. It's near impossible to get things to print out of the HP app (like directly from web browser) if you do manage to get it to connect. Connecting to our phone didn't ever work... just complete waste of money.... DO NOT RECOMMEND. I bought a cannon printer after and it worked instantly and have had no issues with it.

Couldn’t connect with our WIFI to the printer we returned it.

This is like the third time I have left a review. No one really cares what I think. This is borderline harassment. I hate it, I hate it , I hate it. I may never buy from this company again. That is how much I hate this printer.

Liked loading cartridges. Disappointed, it doesn’t print in both side and you don’t find out till its set up. Paper loader in back with only a few sheets.

I print out 20-30 page documents each week on both sides of the paper. This printer begins the process of double/sided printing then stops in the middle of the job. Very frustrating!

I’m using this for Home use. The print quality is fine when it does decide to print but I have had a great deal of trouble getting it to print. Copies and color quaality are fine
