[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a lifesaver ThermaCare Heat Therapy Back Pain Therapy Air Activated Heat Wraps are in lessening my uncomfortable back pain. It takes about 30 minutes to fully heat up but they are very comfortable. I am hooked! They are so soft and lightweight, you can't tell I am wearing one. Wonderful!

As a bigger guy, it sometimes take two patches to get everywhere I want to get heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The back pain therapy wrap worked really well. Instructions say that it can take up to 30 minutes for the heat to regulate. I found it took closer to 90 minutes. However, once it did, it stayed pretty strong. The only con is after 3-4 hours, it caused my back to start sweating and I stopped feeling anything. So, I removed it for a couple of hours. After it dried out, I applied it to my back again, and the wrap heated back up again. It definitely didn't last for 16 hours ... closer to 12 ... but still impressive! I especially love how thin the wrap is, making it almost impossible to discern under clothing. So, if necessary, you could wear it to work or while out and about town. I would definitely use this again!

I wore this heatwrap for about 6 hours, but had to take it off as I had started to sweat from it. The heatwrap definitely helped the lower back/sciatic pain I was having. I was able to move freely while wearing it. The only complaint I have is that the band is not long enough for those of us with bigger waists and hips. It wanted to roll up constantly. All in all, I do like the Thermacare heat wraps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I'm 57 and wore the heating pad over my clothes and I didn't feel the heat. I tried it placing the heating pad o. My skin and I felt the heat at that point. I liked the product after all.

Takes a little bit to get hot but it does and it helps relax the muscles and alleviate the pain. It's really helped for those times when you overdo it. The larger size works great for covering the lower back area for us. Definitely keeping these on hand!
