Specifications

Use instructions: Open the package just before use and remove the heatwrap. The wrap will begin warming up as soon as it is exposed to air. Allow it a few minutes to reach its full therapeutic heat before applying.

This product works wonders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product because it doesn't shift or fall off like the one that you have to stick to yourself that fall off at night or when you are walking. I really felt a lot of relief of my lower back pain using this product. I highly recommend it to anyone. I will be purchasing this product instead of the ones that I was using. It lasts a very long time as well.

Soothing Relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I overdid it this past weekend working on projects, and my poor back was aching like crazy! This heatwrap was easy to use and stayed out of sight under my clothes. The heat really made my back feel better and it stayed warm for a long time. Thanks for a great product!

Better Every Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThermaCare Heat Therapy Back L-XL 3ct Heatwrap does a great job at soothing my back pain. These also work well for period aches too and there are directions on the packages for both for ease of use. I have used smaller patches from ThermaCare before and it seems like the technology must get better each time as these are the best yet. They cover a good area and provide great symptom relief for nearly the whole day long
