They stay warm for quite a while and have just the right amount of warmth. I will definitely recommend these wraps to friends and family.

When your lower back hurts from a long hike or working in the garden all day, you need something big enough to cover most of your lower back! ThermaCare Back Heatwraps did the trick. I used the L-XL wrap and it covered most of my lower back. It was easy to use and I thought lasted almost the entire 6 hours promosied.

It definitely helped with my lower back pain and I will buy the product again. I had no issues with the belt staying in place or fastened. They really do stay warm for close to 16 hours. I have tried other pain relief patches over the last several years and I can honestly say that this one is my favorite! It did a more complete job of ridding me of my lower back pain, allowing me complete mobility. I found it a plus that there was no offensive odor to have to be embarrassed by. Impressive product!

Was very pleasantly surprised when it wrapped all the way around my body and Velcro together. Most items that are labeled as large to extra large do not fit a plus-sized person. This fit wonderfully. The portion with the heaters was large enough to wrap around most of my back to the side, and up about 6 in. Just the right amount of heat for relief. Lasted for several hours.

But my issue is that this isn't big enough for a XL sized person. Unless you are able to stay seated for a hour and not move, this isn't the proper size wrap for you.
