It takes about 30 minutes to fully heat up but they are very comfortable. I am hooked! They are so soft and lightweight, you can't tell I am wearing one. Wonderful!

These also work well for period aches too and there are directions on the packages for both for ease of use. I have used smaller patches from ThermaCare before and it seems like the technology must get better each time as these are the best yet. They cover a good area and provide great symptom relief for nearly the whole day long

I put it on and literally within minutes I could feel the heat. I wore it the entire time and more. If you need relief, this is the answer.
