[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this I automatically tried one due to back pain I have been suffering from for the past couple weeks and it barely warmed up and I am on the bigger side and it wouldn't reach around for me to attach together so I had to lie on my back and it barely reached together. It was comfortable and soft but just wouldn't heat up enough for me to feel any benefits.

I wasn't sure what to expect but when I actually used one for my lower back pain I felt the heat within seconds and it was a warm welcome feeling. I have no idea how the rocks in the pad work buy OMG I rested so well that night nad it still had warmth in the morning!! The one thing I think needs work is the band that you wrap to secure the heating pad in place. The fabric of the wrap was soft and comfy but the overall design need was improvement. I'm a size 14 in women's hence why I chose the larger size. The initial application of wrapping the heating pad is easy, but once you move around or walk it gets out of place and the band just shrivels up into like a long ribbon. Other than the design flaw of the strap/wrap its a great product that I am adding to my shopping list for back pain relief.

I had lower back pain due to straining my back and wanted to try them to see if they would really help ease the pain. And they did! They were easy to attach around my lower back. I was able to do my everyday activities while wearing one. I wore it for a few hours and when I took it off my pain was gone. The wrap didn't get too hot and was the right temperature for healing my pain. I would truly recommend this product for those of you suffering with back pain. Easy to use and ideal.

When your lower back hurts from a long hike or working in the garden all day, you need something big enough to cover most of your lower back! ThermaCare Back Heatwraps did the trick. I used the L-XL wrap and it covered most of my lower back. It was easy to use and I thought lasted almost the entire 6 hours promosied.

These also work well for period aches too and there are directions on the packages for both for ease of use. I have used smaller patches from ThermaCare before and it seems like the technology must get better each time as these are the best yet. They cover a good area and provide great symptom relief for nearly the whole day long
