[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat from this is amazing. I work as a butcher so picking up lots of heavy meat every day. This helped so much and made my life so much easier. I highly recommend anyone that has back problems and it occurs at work to try this out.

I use these when I am having cramps and they help to relax some of the pain related to that. The l/xl size are great for my lower belly area. My only gripe is that they are a bit wasteful, and there's only a few in a package which makes them a little expensive to use regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThermaCare Heat Therapy Back Wraps worked fairly well. They provided a very mild heat that was somewhat soothing. If you have a minor back-ache, these are a good solution, but for stronger aches and pains, they probably would only provide minimal relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Thermacare wraps are just ok. The size is nice. They idea that you aren't stuck in one place while using a heating pad is amazing. The heat never really gets hot enough to help my aches. They say 16hr of relief, yet on the back it says not to wear more than 8 hrs in a 24 hr time-frame. The heat did not last for the entire 8 hrs either. For me personally, I will not be purchasing them. The pros do not outweigh the cons in the long run for me. Someone with milder back aches may be able to use this and get better relief.

I have been experiencing low back pain and tightness recently, so this was a real life-saver for me. I wore it for about two hours, took a break from having the wrap on, then went for another two hours later that day. I love that it's portable and discreet and can provide relief at home or on the go.

I wasn't sure what to expect but when I actually used one for my lower back pain I felt the heat within seconds and it was a warm welcome feeling. I have no idea how the rocks in the pad work buy OMG I rested so well that night nad it still had warmth in the morning!! The one thing I think needs work is the band that you wrap to secure the heating pad in place. The fabric of the wrap was soft and comfy but the overall design need was improvement. I'm a size 14 in women's hence why I chose the larger size. The initial application of wrapping the heating pad is easy, but once you move around or walk it gets out of place and the band just shrivels up into like a long ribbon. Other than the design flaw of the strap/wrap its a great product that I am adding to my shopping list for back pain relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I took my time to test out the ThermaCare XL back therapy heat wraps and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the stretch and comfort it gives. The heat regulates by body temperature so it doesn't give off intense heat, it pretty much soothe and relaxed my problem areas. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is a very inventive way to make heat-based pain management a portable, on-the-go experience (compared to being hooked up to an electric heating pad). The approach, itself, I think is very inventive. However, as someone used to using heating pads at a higher heat, I'm having a hard time determining what the appropriate level of heat for pain management is and if this product meets that need. The product becomes lukewarm to the touch, the majority of the heat present when pressure is applied to the pad, but I can confirm that the heat element lasts for 8hrs+. My back did feel warm while/after using it, but because I wanted to provide a timely review, I didn't get to wait until a day arose where I experienced significant pain. The idea of the wrap-around belt to hold the product in place is genius, but it can get bunched up and I'm not confident that it would be invisible under clothes (I only tested it at home under pjs).
