The patches last for roughly 8 hours, which is enough time to get a decent night's sleep. You can even cut the patch into two for smaller areas of aches and pains. Overall, the Biofreeze patches pack a punch at alleviating pain.

I have had pain because of the gait I have now from the knee pain. I put a patch on my lower back and I felt so much better! You also don’t have to worry about your hands being messy. I think the gels and creams are more effective, but these are easier if you are on the go.

He says the products lasts a long time and gives him instant relief. It works good on tight spots, helps loosen knots in his shoulders. It stays on for longer than 8 hours and it still works for the entire time. The east of putting on the patch is so easy! I like the ease of putting this patch on and no mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bio freeze is a lifesaver! I don’t do well on flying for a long period of time. I brought some of these on my carry-on and put the patch on my lower back and I was able to sit through an eight hour flight no problem. Usually I’m squirming around in my seat super uncomfortable trying to stretch and the limited amount of space, but this patch was able to soothe my muscles and make me feel comfortable.
