They help my lower back pain and give me relief for hours. I like to wear these when I will be gone for the day, as they they really help ease the pain and I don't have to worry about applying a topical product. These are easy to take on and off and they do not irritate my skin. These patches are a great option if you want to use a patch instead of topical options.

I love using the patches on my lower back while I work because I'm bending over a sewing machine all day and they really help ease the soreness and tension out of my muscles so I don't feel all hunched over when I'm finished. They patches last about eight hours or so and they peel off easily and without leaving residue so you couldn't ask for anything easier to use for instant pain relief that lasts about all day(or night).

My daughter has alot of back and neck pain. She tried these patches and said that they help alot. I've also tried them on my back, they work really good.

He right away tried these patches and it worked great because he could leave it and forget it! He said they tingled right away and seemed to work well!

The packet was easy to open and the product was easy to apply for the skin. It did not have a bad smell and was with a cool touch. I found that the product stuck well and it helped with pain

I tried these and they work great and no mess. As a plus, it lasts for a long time.

I wanted some longer term relief and the patches were the perfect solution. I can wear them under my clothes while working at the office. I highly recommend them. I put one of the large patches on and it felt cool at first but then could feel the heat from the Biofreeze numbing the pain. It stuck on body really well and even during movement didnt budge till I pulled it off. It lasted for few hours which gave me time to get things done that needed to. But even taking it off I felt it was still working and was able to sleep without being in a lot of pain. I really like the patches. No mess and works..

These large pads were perfect the place across the bottom of my back where I had the pain. They work very well and after a little bit of time I was feeling more comfortable. I will definitely use this product again.

They are a nice size to use when you have pain concentrated in one area like your hip or lower back. They are easy to put on, no mess and provide effective pain relief for several hours. I use these for lower back pain and appreciate the ability to put one on and get dressed right away without having to wait for a topical cream to dry.

He says the products lasts a long time and gives him instant relief. It works good on tight spots, helps loosen knots in his shoulders. It stays on for longer than 8 hours and it still works for the entire time. The east of putting on the patch is so easy! I like the ease of putting this patch on and no mess.

I have a lot of pain on my side hip area. I have pain throughout the day when I move and have a uncomfortable pain on my side at night. This side pain keeps me up tossing and turning trying to relieve pain. When I cover the area with a pain relief patch, my pain is relieved and I am able to sleep more sound without all the turning to get comfortable.

I put one on my thigh before I went to sleep, and it stayed on the entire time. The patch gave me immediate relief. The menthol, medicine smell was not very noticeable.
