I have 2 pinched nerves, one on each side of my lower back and I apply one patch which is large enough to cover both areas of pain. I sleep with them applied on and they have never even moved or fell off. The icy part is what helps the most. I highly recommend this product for anyone with back pain.

He says the products lasts a long time and gives him instant relief. It works good on tight spots, helps loosen knots in his shoulders. It stays on for longer than 8 hours and it still works for the entire time. The east of putting on the patch is so easy! I like the ease of putting this patch on and no mess.
