It lasts pretty long and works well. The packs are helpful for traveling and are easy enough to throw in my bag. They’re pretty big and can cover anything I need them to. Overall great product.

I have tried many different brands of patches in the past and these are by far the absolute best I have found. Not only to they stick really well without rolling or falling off the targeted area, but they actually really work and sooth the targeted area. I also like that these patches can be used all over from your neck to your shoulders to your back down to your wrists, knees and feet and can last up to 8 hours. I really like that these patches are free from NSAIDs, parabens, and propylene glycol. I put one on when I clean so my back don't bother me. They really work great. Muscle, joint, and ache bones...biofreeze will definitely help with pain.

It's not Easy for me to use patches, but I did put One on my shoulder just fine. I was immediately relieved of my pain. I recommend these Quality patches.

Easily came off after it was done being used. The only reason I rated it a four as stated applying was hard for me. For the patch it really helped with the pain.
