The strength of them is just right, and they last for hours. I have been dealing with a bad knot in my back, so I put one on before bed. When I woke up, I could still feel a little of the menthol working! I was so impressed. These will definitely be my go-to patches.

I keep the gel in my purse, the cream by my bedside table, and the patches in the drawer for easy access. The patches are easy to use and the pain relief lasts for a long time. I have always liked and trusted the BiOFREEZE brand and have used the gel successfully but this is the first time I have used the patches. I like how it protects my clothes from getting dirty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job consist of pacing back and forth all day while walking on concrete. After 2 to 4 hours in my lower back starts hurting. I like how easy this was to apply to myself and that it actually stayed in place. I put this on early afternoon and took it off when I got home late in the night. Just over nine hours and ot didn't irritate my skin at all and just when I thought the cooling sensation was gone it would kick back in again. The corners didn't stick to my clothes or start peeling off. Yes, it really works and helped tremendously with the pain in my back. I applied the next day when I was off and slept through the night with it on and when I took it off I could still see the product on the patch. These live up to the eight hours and I have already told the girls at work about this. The pack of five is perfect and will get me through the week at work and I absolutely recommend this pain patch. It's a ten out of ten for me!!!!

I have used them on a sprained knee that bothered me while working. As a waitress I walk alot and my knee would slow me down. I tried this patch on my knee amd barley felt it all shift.

It's not Easy for me to use patches, but I did put One on my shoulder just fine. I was immediately relieved of my pain. I recommend these Quality patches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was an ok product overall as it seems it took forever for the patch to cool on my skin and even though it did cool it didn’t not seem too effective so I was not too impressed with this one so I think I will stick with the other products
