Perfect for large areas, such as the lower back and leg areas. I had no issues with the patch falling off during my daily routine. It does not hurt to apply and or remove the patch. It is made of a flexible fabric that allows for all types of work; it is also not noticeable with many types of clothing, and did not stain my clothing. I brought some of these on my carry-on and put the patch on my lower back and I was able to sit through an eight hour flight no problem. Usually I’m squirming around in my seat super uncomfortable trying to stretch and the limited amount of space, but this patch was able to soothe my muscles and make me feel comfortable.
