The strength of them is just right, and they last for hours. I have been dealing with a bad knot in my back, so I put one on before bed. When I woke up, I could still feel a little of the menthol working! I was so impressed. These will definitely be my go-to patches.

In my opinion Biofreeze is the best product out on the market. It works so much better than any of the others I’ve tried.

I have always liked and trusted the BiOFREEZE brand and have used the gel successfully but this is the first time I have used the patches. I like how it protects my clothes from getting dirty. I have used them on a sprained knee that bothered me while working. As a waitress I walk alot and my knee would slow me down. I tried this patch on my knee amd barley felt it all shift.

It's not Easy for me to use patches, but I did put One on my shoulder just fine. I was immediately relieved of my pain. I recommend these Quality patches.
