Like most patches I’ve used, if you plan on being active, don’t bother with these, as if you sweat at all, they will fall off. Otherwise, for just sitting around the house or office, these will provide you with temporary relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my new favorite Biofreeze product. Apply this patch, and the cooking relief lasts for hours. I love the patch application because there's no mess and nothing gets on my clothes. It also minimizes the menthol scent . I expected the "large" size to be a little bigger, but it was enough to relieve my low back pain. Once applied, it lasted for hours! The application is pretty easy. It did stick to itself a little bit, but was easily unstuck. I was able to apply it to my own lower back. Overall, I love it!

In my opinion Biofreeze is the best product out on the market. It works so much better than any of the others I’ve tried.

You also don’t have to worry about your hands being messy. I think the gels and creams are more effective, but these are easier if you are on the go.

I used them on my lower back where I get a lot of pain often. The patch stayed in place and worked for about 5 hours. It feels very cold but not uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The patch works well once you are actually able to get it on. It’s really tough to apply to a spot on your back by yourself. The patch is a little flimsy and will stick to itself once it is removed from the paper. Once applied and if someone helps you apply it, it works really well providing cooling relief to the area, but gettin git applied proves to be the challenge. There is no colored dye with the patch so its safe to wear under clothes with out worrying about staining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These patches are perfect to cover large area pain such back or side. I have a lot of pain on my side hip area. I have pain throughout the day when I move and have a uncomfortable pain on my side at night. This side pain keeps me up tossing and turning trying to relieve pain. When I cover the area with a pain relief patch, my pain is relieved and I am able to sleep more sound without all the turning to get comfortable.
