It’s been bugging me for a while and knowing I was going to be on my feet preparing Christmas I thought I would give it a try. Placing the patch on my hip was pretty easy but I was worried it would rub or bother me more than it helped. Boy was I wrong about all of it! It stayed on all day without any discomfort or rubbing. It easily moved with me and I was able to be on my feet all day without hurting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pain patch is a good size for covering my side where I have pain. It's easy to apply. And it works for 8 hours! It is flexible, so moving and bending doesn't cause it to dislodge. There are 5 patches in the box.

I used them on my lower back where I get a lot of pain often. The patch stayed in place and worked for about 5 hours. It feels very cold but not uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my new favorite Biofreeze product. Apply this patch, and the cooking relief lasts for hours. I love the patch application because there's no mess and nothing gets on my clothes. It also minimizes the menthol scent . I expected the "large" size to be a little bigger, but it was enough to relieve my low back pain. Once applied, it lasted for hours! The application is pretty easy. It did stick to itself a little bit, but was easily unstuck. I was able to apply it to my own lower back. Overall, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I am a 3 day a week jogger, I sometimes get achy calf muscles after my runs. These Biofreeze patches have been so handy for addressing that issue. The cooling patches are like wearing a constant ice pack, only much more convenient and way less bulky. The feeling of these long lasting menthol pads is oh so soothing and amazing. Because these are large pads, they completely and easily cover the entire calf muscle. The stretchy material is also ideal for movement so it does not peel away. This same material however is not so great when trying to unfold and apply to the skin. They can be a little unwieldy, but wow once you do get them fully opened and applied, they go to work instantly. First it is a quick cold shock to the skin and then it slowly eases to a steady cooling and takes the pain away with it. So nice that it works up to 8 hours. I hardly even know it's there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love biofreeze for all of our aches and pains. Out of the gels and creams, these patches are the best. It also seems to last a little longer since the cloth stays on you a bit longer. Highly highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with using patches versus a cream or ointment. The patch was easy to peel off of the lining. I didn't know what I was doing an immediately let it fold over on itself. Thankfully, it peeled right back apart, no problem. The gel stuff on the menthol side is frigid when first applied. It took a few minutes for it to start working, but then it continued effectiveness for several hours. I could even feel the effects after I had removed the patch. For people who don't like the menthol scent, these patches don't have nearly the aroma of other creams or gels, in my opinion.
