[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biofreeze patches are excellent, long lasting pain relief that you just peel and stick to wherever your aching or have joint soreness. I love using the patches on my lower back while I work because I'm bending over a sewing machine all day and they really help ease the soreness and tension out of my muscles so I don't feel all hunched over when I'm finished. They patches last about eight hours or so and they peel off easily and without leaving residue so you couldn't ask for anything easier to use for instant pain relief that lasts about all day(or night).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job consist of pacing back and forth all day while walking on concrete. After 2 to 4 hours in my lower back starts hurting. I like how easy this was to apply to myself and that it actually stayed in place. I put this on early afternoon and took it off when I got home late in the night. Just over nine hours and it didn't irritate my skin at all and just when I thought the cooling sensation was gone it would kick back in again. No problem with the corners sticking to my clothes or the patch starting to peel off. It really works and helped tremendously with the pain in my back. I applied the next day when I was off and slept through the night with it on and when I took it off I could still see the product on the patch. These lived up to the eight hours and I have already told the girls at work about this. The pack of five is perfect and will get me through the week at work and I absolutely recommend this pain patch. It's a ten out of ten for me!!!!
