I pulled something in my back at work the other day and I had a biofreeze patch, it was easily kept in my bag and applies to your area of pain easily. It goes on easy, helps relieve the pain and is easily removed. I Will be using these again

They are a nice size to use when you have pain concentrated in one area like your hip or lower back. They are easy to put on, no mess and provide effective pain relief for several hours. I use these for lower back pain and appreciate the ability to put one on and get dressed right away without having to wait for a topical cream to dry.

I liked initially how the patch would hold the product against your skin, but unfortunately the patch kept rolling up and detaching from my skin, so I eventually had to take it off. And in my opinion, it wasn’t as strong as the creams or gels
