The coolness of the patch is comforting and so relaxing I forget I even have pain at all. The relief lasts for hours and hours. The places where I put the patches don't feel like they are frozen or really cold. I will be getting more of these soon.

I like the way that I can use it when I am in pain I just stick it on me and it helps really quickly. It lasts for a while which is what I like as well. Once it is not working anymore you just remove it and throw away.
