It works for a short period of time and there’s not work for a long period of time relieving the pain. The patches are probably the one product that works the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use the roll-on but wanted to try these, thinking they would be less messy. It was a bit difficult to apply by myself because I was putting it on my lower back. I thought it would be like a Band-Aid but it's more like a gauze pad. Because I thought it would be like a patch or Band-Aid, I assumed it wouldn't seep through onto my clothes, which it did. However, it still was much less messy than the roll-on. It also wasn't as "cooling" when first applied as the roll-on is. Which I thought is a good thing, especially in Ohio in February! It did seem to work just as well as the roll-on for my muscle pain.

I was able to apply them myself and not needed help from others. it stays in place for hours. and stick residue was very minimal. They helped me with stretching out my back from sitting all day and being compacted. These are in stock in my house always now.

They started working immediately after you put them on. The only down side is that the edges start to roll after awhile. Other than that they work great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with using patches versus a cream or ointment. The patch was easy to peel off of the lining. I didn't know what I was doing an immediately let it fold over on itself. Thankfully, it peeled right back apart, no problem. The gel stuff on the menthol side is frigid when first applied. It took a few minutes for it to start working, but then it continued effectiveness for several hours. I could even feel the effects after I had removed the patch. For people who don't like the menthol scent, these patches don't have nearly the aroma of other creams or gels, in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job consist of pacing back and forth all day while walking on concrete. After 2 to 4 hours in my lower back starts hurting. I like how easy this was to apply to myself and that it actually stayed in place. I put this on early afternoon and took it off when I got home late in the night. Just over nine hours and it didn't irritate my skin at all and just when I thought the cooling sensation was gone it would kick back in again. No problem with the corners sticking to my clothes or the patch starting to peel off. It really works and helped tremendously with the pain in my back. I applied the next day when I was off and slept through the night with it on and when I took it off I could still see the product on the patch. These lived up to the eight hours and I have already told the girls at work about this. The pack of five is perfect and will get me through the week at work and I absolutely recommend this pain patch. It's a ten out of ten for me!!!!
