They are soft, stretchable, and move with your body. My husband even needed to use it on his shoulder. He is very active and moves around a lot. The patch stayed in place and stayed on for the entire day and still had medicine by the end of the day. The cooling sensation stayed with him all day. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I like the way that I can use it when I am in pain I just stick it on me and it helps really quickly. It lasts for a while which is what I like as well. Once it is not working anymore you just remove it and throw away.

These large patches are great too because you can always cut it smaller if the need arises. These patches stay in place throughout the day and are made from a flexible fabric providing superior comfort and performance. These patches like other Biofreeze products are paraben free, and have a vanishing scent. This cold therapy is great for on the go, especially when there's no ice available to apply to your sore back, muscles or arthritis pain.
