It lasts pretty long and works well. The packs are helpful for traveling and are easy enough to throw in my bag. They’re pretty big and can cover anything I need them to. Overall great product.

He says the products lasts a long time and gives him instant relief. It works good on tight spots, helps loosen knots in his shoulders. These large pads were perfect the place across the bottom of my back where I had the pain. They work very well and after a little bit of time I was feeling more comfortable. I will definitely use this product again.
