[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this today because i have arthritis on my knee and some middle and lower back pain. I applied a patch on my knee and back and was amazed how quick the relief started to work. Its been 9 hours and its going strong.

These patches are a great size for spot treating areas on your back or thighs, or for completely covering smaller areas. The patches last a long time, they don't peel, they don't stink, and they don't burn. I have never used any BiOFREEZE product that didn't reduce or completely stop my pain.

I like to wear these when I will be gone for the day, as they they really help ease the pain and I don't have to worry about applying a topical product. These are easy to take on and off and they do not irritate my skin. These patches are a great option if you want to use a patch instead of topical options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these because I love the icy hot patches so I figured these would be good if not better. I was having shoulder pain and I put the patch on my shoulder. It felt slightly cool but I just figured it needed some time to attach to the skin more to really feel the sensation. I was greatly disappointed. I didn’t feel the sensation unless I put pressure on it which defeats the purpose in my opinion. When there was pressure it felt good but otherwise I didn’t feel anything. I also didn’t like that it peels off from clothes rubbing against it. I had white “paper” all over the back of my shirt when I got home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very cold sensation as you put the patch on. But the relief is worth the initial coldness of the application of the product. It took the pain away within the hour. The smell of menthol is not over powering like some products.
