Been having hip pain for four years and this was the first product that actually gave me relief for about eight hours.

I put one on when I clean so my back don't bother me. They really work great. Muscle, joint, and ache bones...biofreeze will definitely help with pain.

They are soft, stretchable, and move with your body. My husband even needed to use it on his shoulder. He is very active and moves around a lot. The patch stayed in place and stayed on for the entire day and still had medicine by the end of the day. The cooling sensation stayed with him all day. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I like the way that I can use it when I am in pain I just stick it on me and it helps really quickly. It lasts for a while which is what I like as well. Once it is not working anymore you just remove it and throw away.

It’s also really great when you need longer lasting pain relief since the patch can stay on for a long time. Very effective for specific injuries that need more intensive relief. And packaging is very convenient for traveling since you can take the individual sheets.

Being able to slap a patch on the targeted area makes it so much easier and cleaner then having the spray or the gel on u while u have your clothes on. It stays in place and moves with the body it is not stiff so much it moves easily I recommend for those on the move.

They seem to stay pretty well once applied. I haven’t tried to do much work while wearing them but normal everyday things don’t seem to make them move around.
