[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I occasionally lift heavy objects, and sometimes forget to lift properly. These have been very handy in situations like this. The packaging is nice, the individual patches are easy to open and the ease of applying them is great as well. They stick well, but not so strong that it hurts getting them off later. They also lay nicely so there is minimal bunching and great coverage. I have also use these for my arms as well. I especially like that its all contained in one patch and there is no need to spray or apply a gel.
