I feel the chill soon after application and it feels great! The patches are individually packaged & easy to keep in my gym bag so I can use them as needed. Unlike creams, I don't have to worry about the package opening up unexpectedly so they are perfect when on the go. These patches are my go-to for relief.

It lasts pretty long and works well. The packs are helpful for traveling and are easy enough to throw in my bag. They’re pretty big and can cover anything I need them to. Overall great product.

I love that these are large enough to cover a lot of my low back which is where I have the majority of my pain. It feels nice and soothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIOFREEZE large pain patches are the perfect size for leg or arm pain or a concentrated area of your back. The size is easy enough to put on by yourself , although I would ask for help on your back because it is very sticky and you want to get it right. The patch is very sticky and will stick to itself if not careful putting it on. It does come off easily when done without problem or any pain like tearing off a bandage. I put it on my shoulder . It fit nicely and did not crunch up or pull off. The menthol scent does fade away. There is no burning or heat sensation since it is a cool patch. It is a little cold going on but that goes away. I had it on for the day and my pain did subside. In conclusion if you are looking for pain relief and don't want to be bothered with creams or gels I highly recommend this product.

So when I get home I like to relax a little bit. Unfortunately my back needs a little tlc. I've been using the biofreeze patches on my back and I have to say they are like a miracle! The cool Essbase right into my muscles and I feel an almost instant relief! I highly recommend this product!

Over the years ive tried prescription meds, over the counter meds, nothing seemed to work well but My very first time using these produts, i slept like a baby...I now can sleep through the night, before using biofeeze i was up and down all night with leg pain....I truely love these products...i highly recommend to all family and friends

They are easy to apply and not messy while applying them. They stay stuck for about 8 hours. They don't leave residue on my skin. I have fibromyalgia, bulging discs, arthritis in my spine, shoulders, hips, knees and feet and neuropathy so I deal with a lot of pain on a daily basis. These patches are great for the pain. I use them when I have to do a lot of walking or standing and at night when I sleep. It does have the menthol odor. They are good quality. I would recommend them.
