I can put one on and wear it all day without anyone knowing. I've also worn them at night a mnd they stay on very well. I'm grateful for anything that helps with back pain and would recommend them to anyone with chronic pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these because I love the icy hot patches so I figured these would be good if not better. I was having shoulder pain and I put the patch on my shoulder. It felt slightly cool but I just figured it needed some time to attach to the skin more to really feel the sensation. I was greatly disappointed. I didn’t feel the sensation unless I put pressure on it which defeats the purpose in my opinion. When there was pressure it felt good but otherwise I didn’t feel anything. I also didn’t like that it peels off from clothes rubbing against it. I had white “paper” all over the back of my shirt when I got home.

The patch does all the work and takes pain and soreness out of the body no matter the cause. I not only use it for spot soreness buts it's great for the arthritis from years of hard work had on my body. Easy to apply and they stay put. I normally rake off in the shower as it's not only easier but cleans up the area at the same time.

I have chronic pain in my back and shoulder and I can just put one of these on and it'll relieve my pain for 7-8 hours. It sticks on well with no irritation. I like them for long days out when it's not convenient to use gels or cream. I will definitely purchase more.

I use to use the green gel which was like instant relief cause I was always in pain. I was able to use the patches to and they work just as good. Better than taking meds that's for sure.
