I put one of the large patches on and it felt cool at first but then could feel the heat from the Biofreeze numbing the pain. It stuck on body really well and even during movement didnt budge till I pulled it off. It lasted for few hours which gave me time to get things done that needed to. But even taking it off I felt it was still working and was able to sleep without being in a lot of pain. I really like the patches. No mess and works..

I don't mean they shift, rather they stay in place but also offer normal range of movement. They don't restrict you. The patches also feel cooling and seem to get the job done. Overall satisfied!
