[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was quite impressed with these patches. I am not sure what I was expecting, but these exceeded it. They are soft, stretchable, and move with your body. My husband even needed to use it on his shoulder. He is very active and moves around a lot. The patch stayed in place and stayed on for the entire day and still had medicine by the end of the day. The cooling sensation stayed with him all day. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I have 2 pinched nerves, one on each side of my lower back and I apply one patch which is large enough to cover both areas of pain. I sleep with them applied on and they have never even moved or fell off. The icy part is what helps the most. I highly recommend this product for anyone with back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are huge pain relief patches which work great for those areas of your body that you over did when working out, the fabric is flexible it stays in place while you work and it has a scent that vanishes quickly the patches are not messy when you apply them either. These patches target your pain with cooling therapy which I prefer.

When I felt some minor pain in my lower back, I didn't think I'd experience very much relief using these patches, but wow they worked well! I'll definitely look for these on store shelves just to have on hand in case my 30-year-old back gives out again. OUCH!

Being able to slap a patch on the targeted area makes it so much easier and cleaner then having the spray or the gel on u while u have your clothes on. It stays in place and moves with the body it is not stiff so much it moves easily I recommend for those on the move.
