[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like use these patches when I play golf or tennis. I put one on my lower back and it keeps the area cold and lessens my common back pains. The nice things is that this patch stays in place and works for the duration of the event.

It's not 100 percent effective but it does a quick fix and lasts a long time. If you want something that is topical numbing then this is your stuff.
