I applied the Biofreeze large patches to my lower back, I like the patch covers a large area and and that it doesn’t slip or come off until I want it to. Gave me great relief, I used it overnight and my back felt much less painful. The box has 5 patches so will help me with pain relief when needed.

I like the way that I can use it when I am in pain I just stick it on me and it helps really quickly. It lasts for a while which is what I like as well. Once it is not working anymore you just remove it and throw away.

I applied them to my lower back to help with lower back pain caused from osteopenia and they worked great. Pain was significantly lower in just minutes after applying the patch. The patch stays in place upon movement and is easy to apply. I would strongly recommend this patch for everyday pains.

They are soft, stretchable, and move with your body. My husband even needed to use it on his shoulder. He is very active and moves around a lot. The patch stayed in place and stayed on for the entire day and still had medicine by the end of the day. The cooling sensation stayed with him all day. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

He especially noted that it isn't ideal for this location as his pant waist keeps rubbing on it, causing it to move around and eventually come unstuck. Perhaps on another area of the body where it can stay put would be a better use.
