I was skeptical at first because I have tried so many products that didn't work. They are easy to apply and need to be applied to clean skin. It feels very refreshing and does ease some of your pain. The box says it works for 8 hours, and it does, but by 6 hours it is hardly working. I will say that out of all the products I have tried, this one is the best!

I pulled something in my back at work the other day and I had a biofreeze patch, it was easily kept in my bag and applies to your area of pain easily. This especially useful at night, when I need to be able to sleep without pain. It does not rub off, as some liquid applications might. The scent is not overpowering, and is, in fact, quite pleasant. My only wish is that there were more in the package!
