They have worked wonders for me I have very bad back pain and I just apply a patch and within 15 minutes I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend giving these pain relief patches a try.

And they are a big enough size that it really kicks in and does its job. 10/10 because you don't have to get it all over your hands and risk getting it everywhere else. I do a lot of twisting and turning, even sweating, and it does great. This would be my go to out of all the application options they carry.

They are easy to apply and not messy while applying them. They stay stuck for about 8 hours. They don't leave residue on my skin. I have fibromyalgia, bulging discs, arthritis in my spine, shoulders, hips, knees and feet and neuropathy so I deal with a lot of pain on a daily basis. These patches are great for the pain. I use them when I have to do a lot of walking or standing and at night when I sleep. It does have the menthol odor. They are good quality. I would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a 5 pack of Biofreeze Large Pain Relief Patches, I have been having a lot of pain in lower back and needed some help to just take it away even for a bit. I put one of the large patches on and it felt cool at first but then could feel the heat from the Biofreeze numbing the pain. It stuck on body really well and even during movement didnt budge till I pulled it off. It lasted for few hours which gave me time to get things done that needed to. But even taking it off I felt it was still working and was able to sleep without being in a lot of pain. I really like the patches. No mess and works..
