[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with biofreeze line of products for helping with soothing life's various aches and pains! With different formats/formulations cream/gel/spray/etc, I find the patches to be good for a lower back or shoulder.

They are a nice size to use when you have pain concentrated in one area like your hip or lower back. They are easy to put on, no mess and provide effective pain relief for several hours. I use these for lower back pain and appreciate the ability to put one on and get dressed right away without having to wait for a topical cream to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pain patch is a good size for covering my side where I have pain. It's easy to apply. And it works for 8 hours! It is flexible, so moving and bending doesn't cause it to dislodge. There are 5 patches in the box.

It feels very refreshing and does ease some of your pain. The box says it works for 8 hours, and it does, but by 6 hours it is hardly working. I will say that out of all the products I have tried, this one is the best!

Scent of menthol makes me feel comfort. Problem is when I take it off, white sticky residue remains to sole. It takes time to get rid of.

I love the cold therapy it feels amazing. It starts working pretty much instantly. Definitely recommend it for any aches or body soreness. These patches are really great .
