[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biofreeze patch has been a great relief for my pinched nerves in my back. I have 2 pinched nerves, one on each side of my lower back and I apply one patch which is large enough to cover both areas of pain. I sleep with them applied on and they have never even moved or fell off. The icy part is what helps the most. I highly recommend this product for anyone with back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job consist of pacing back and forth all day while walking on concrete. After 2 to 4 hours in my lower back starts hurting. I like how easy this was to apply to myself and that it actually stayed in place. I put this on early afternoon and took it off when I got home late in the night. Just over nine hours and ot didn't irritate my skin at all and just when I thought the cooling sensation was gone it would kick back in again. The corners didn't stick to my clothes or start peeling off. Yes, it really works and helped tremendously with the pain in my back. I applied the next day when I was off and slept through the night with it on and when I took it off I could still see the product on the patch. These live up to the eight hours and I have already told the girls at work about this. The pack of five is perfect and will get me through the week at work and I absolutely recommend this pain patch. It's a ten out of ten for me!!!!

They will stay put and not fall off on its own. What’s awesome about these they don’t have a strong smell to it or don’t leave the skin sticky after taking the patch off. Would most definitely recommend getting the patches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pain relief pads are very useful and work great. It smells a lot like menthol when you first put it on, but the smell goes away. It lasts pretty long and works well. The packs are helpful for traveling and are easy enough to throw in my bag. They’re pretty big and can cover anything I need them to. Overall great product.

They worked quickly and last for a relatively long time. They stay in place when they’re out on but remove easily and without leaving any gunk behind.
