I can wear them under my clothes while working at the office. I highly recommend them. They stayed on even when I was active and walking around for a long time.

Being able to slap a patch on the targeted area makes it so much easier and cleaner then having the spray or the gel on u while u have your clothes on. It stays in place and moves with the body it is not stiff so much it moves easily I recommend for those on the move.

They seem to stay pretty well once applied. I haven’t tried to do much work while wearing them but normal everyday things don’t seem to make them move around.

The patch does all the work and takes pain and soreness out of the body no matter the cause. I not only use it for spot soreness buts it's great for the arthritis from years of hard work had on my body. Easy to apply and they stay put. I normally rake off in the shower as it's not only easier but cleans up the area at the same time.

I love using these on my lower back because of their size, and I don’t need to reapply anything for quite a few hours. They’re not great for joints (elbow, ankle, shoulder) simply because they don’t hold that well when at a weird angle. But for flat areas they’re perfect.

The patches last for roughly 8 hours, which is enough time to get a decent night's sleep. You can even cut the patch into two for smaller areas of aches and pains. Overall, the Biofreeze patches pack a punch at alleviating pain.

After applying, the relief immediately went to the area, and then it continued to bring comfort to an area that is usually difficult to treat. The patch enabled me to be pain-free for much longer as I went through my routine without re-application.
