[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this today because i have arthritis on my knee and some middle and lower back pain. I applied a patch on my knee and back and was amazed how quick the relief started to work. Its been 9 hours and its going strong.

This has been such a big help with all of my different muscle pains. These are easy to apply and go on easily. It gives you fast acting menthol pain relief that give that warm cool feeling. It makes my muscles feel relaxed. The smell isn’t overpowering like all the other brands for muscle aches. This has a vanishing scent that goes away quickly. It is also paraben free. These are large patches that are individually wrapped and made of flexible fabric. 5 patches come in the box. These are designed to provide 8 hours of targeted pain relief. Biofreeze is definitely my go to brand for aches and pains.

I have pain throughout the day when I move and have a uncomfortable pain on my side at night. This side pain keeps me up tossing and turning trying to relieve pain. When I cover the area with a pain relief patch, my pain is relieved and I am able to sleep more sound without all the turning to get comfortable.

They are a nice size to use when you have pain concentrated in one area like your hip or lower back. They are easy to put on, no mess and provide effective pain relief for several hours. I use these for lower back pain and appreciate the ability to put one on and get dressed right away without having to wait for a topical cream to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my new favorite Biofreeze product. Apply this patch, and the cooking relief lasts for hours. I love the patch application because there's no mess and nothing gets on my clothes. It also minimizes the menthol scent . I expected the "large" size to be a little bigger, but it was enough to relieve my low back pain. Once applied, it lasted for hours! The application is pretty easy. It did stick to itself a little bit, but was easily unstuck. I was able to apply it to my own lower back. Overall, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that these Biofreeze cool the pain patches come in a large size first of all, some patches are only available in smaller sizes and more often then not you want these for your mid to lower back. These large patches are great too because you can always cut it smaller if the need arises. These patches stay in place throughout the day and are made from a flexible fabric providing superior comfort and performance. These patches like other Biofreeze products are paraben free, and have a vanishing scent. This cold therapy is great for on the go, especially when there's no ice available to apply to your sore back, muscles or arthritis pain.

When I felt some minor pain in my lower back, I didn't think I'd experience very much relief using these patches, but wow they worked well! I'll definitely look for these on store shelves just to have on hand in case my 30-year-old back gives out again. OUCH!
