They are a nice size to use when you have pain concentrated in one area like your hip or lower back. They are easy to put on, no mess and provide effective pain relief for several hours. I use these for lower back pain and appreciate the ability to put one on and get dressed right away without having to wait for a topical cream to dry.

I gave one to a skeptical friend while he was visiting recently and he called later to say he had these on his shopping list as they worked great for him!

Scent of menthol makes me feel comfort. Problem is when I take it off, white sticky residue remains to sole. It takes time to get rid of.

She applied the patches to her back and lower necks areas, and it reduced the pain and provided relief for most of the day. She was content with the patches and hid them from me.

I like that these patches are mess-free and apply easily to the affected area. I also liked that the patches stay in place and do not shift. They were easy to apply and he likes that it doesn’t have an overwhelming “ old people” smell as he calls it. After a few minutes he said he felt like it was working. An hour later he was down on the floor playing with the kids. He wants me to stock up on these they work so well. They have handled him twisting, turning and bending without coming off.

I put one on when I clean so my back don't bother me. They really work great. Muscle, joint, and ache bones...biofreeze will definitely help with pain.
