Some of this years changes were made to simplify entries, but I found them to take a longer amount of time due to back and forth to enter all items. Otherwise Turbo Tax is my goto software

Been using Turbo Tax every year since I was a seaman in the Navy. Great tool. Has really developed over the years. Thanks again, look forward to next year filing.

The software works great. It's easy to use and I've been using it for years. I had a little trouble entering my license code this year, but I called and they helped me out. Overall, the software is easy to use and accurate.

As a whole, the 2024 TurboTax was easy to use. I did not think the investments area was as good as prior years. I have heard the same from someone else.

Easy to use so long as you have done your homework throughout the year and saved and segregated your tax forms and if retired,\! e.g. - understand what your Min Required Distro is for 1099-Rs

The newly designed import process is very difficult to work with - and it is impossible to import and update one imported account from a financial institution without deleting and re-importing the entire set of accounts.

I have use Turbo Tax for years. This year was different and I don't consider it better. I think people get use to the questions and the graphic after years of use, unless it is noticeably better why change. It is not better!

This was the first time in over 30 years of using TurboTax that I have had an issue with the software. TurboTax Premier for Mac will not print a return. I called tech support on 3/12/25 to report the issue. This needs a software fix.

I had to get help and Steve was the best of all. He saved me time and money with his expert and speedy advice. Very Knowledgeable about all the details I needed help with.

This years version is extremely disappointing. Modifications are cumbersome and not easy to navigate. Filing an extension is difficult as its impossible to get to the forms. Next year I will look at different software.
