this year's version was very confusing -could not determine what had to be printed if you wanted to send a paper copy to state rather than electronic. it makes no sense that there is a $25 fee to send electronic while paper cost nothing

Clunky UI. And the program kept trying to force me to file a state return, even when it is not required. seems like it was trying to milk another $20 out of me.

After catching on to the changes made in 2024 returns computations, got along well. Intricacies of K-1 (Trust) income would be helpful if more straightforward in support documentation explanations!

I like transfer of information from the previous years turbo tax forms. The quick reference information explaining various entries is very appreciated.

1099B investment income is very clunky. We should be able to see all of the transactions, sort, filter, etc to make the review process quicker. Allowing only 25 per page is not helpful.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it's been so reliable and no matter how complicated my individual income taxes get it still helps me get through it with confidence.

2024 version is slow. Often had to open app several times just to get it to start and when it did, it would shut down without warning or any error messages when opening my file to continue my return.

mostly excellent; however, the foreign tax and AMT sections were difficult to understand. To enter a 1099 manually after downloading others was not intuitive.

I could not enter on the lap top version a 6-digit IRS security code. Had to call turbo tax customer support to enter the code. Was not a problem in last year's version.

Abc, easy as 123. It's as simple as that. The guidance is impeccable, user experience is seamless, and you actually learn how taxes works in the process. What else can you ask for?
