My return was pretty straight forward. I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years, and have always been very satisfied. The improvements made over the years has made it more user friendly and easier to follow.

We've been using the program for quite a few years now, its gets easier with every year, the directions and guidance are straight forward and easy to understand!

Online version failed three times causing me to enter my data four times. Screen said "Undefined" a software glitch since 2021 or earlier. Turbo does not fix it, does not care my data was not processable and they wasted hours of my time.

Some of the sections related to RMD entries were unclear. The software erroneously calculated additional taxes due. I had to create an amended return and manually correct some errors.

Always easy to use and straightforward. I have used this product as 1099 employee, a landlord/homeowner, a w2 employee at various points of my life and had no issues every.

box 14 Wrong errors at the end makes the software useless. I paid the audit defense , efile fees, not sure where it goes if I am unable to submit / transmit the tax return at the end.

Constant LOOPS when trying to solver problems. Search function stinks. Endless UPDATES--even after reviews and Smartchecks, when it came time, minutes later, to file, I got an error because it needed an Update. FFS, tell me before filing!

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. I find that Turbo Tax more than meets my needs for filing my income tax and I am very pleased with the annual results.

Software kept locking up, I paid for state filing, got a receipt and yet it wants me to pay again. And even if I try to pay twice it locks up and won't file.
