Form CSA 1099R (Rev 2025) from OPM does not have a box 16. However, your software would not let me efile without an amount listed. No help available as to which amount, Gross or taxable, to list. So I had to guess. Yes software was up to date.

Missouri didn't get my 1099 forms. I e-mailed them in an attachment but haven't heard back from them yet. The IRS sent me a letter (CP5071) requiring Verification of Identity.

Straight forward and clear. Makes recording and submission of financial information easy and painless. Full explanations of any issues or questions we may have had during use of the program.

Previous turbo tax years were so much better when you could load the CD on more than one computer. It was very cumbersome this year only having it on one computer . Ugh

The experience of completing the return is good and it gets better every year. The additional fees are garbage and make me want to go back to my preparer.

I've used Turbotax for nearly 40 years. Bluntly stated, in my opinion, you have not improved the interface very much. This year was a definite step backwards in ease of entering information.

It was a bit different on a few areas in the program but overall still easy to use. The transmission of state tax electronically should have a tiered billing for those (mine) who have to do taxes for 3 states. Cost gets to be to much

The IRA income section was unclear in how to complete the section when a single IRA account distribution is less than that account's calculated RMD but other IRA accounts distributions meet or exceed the total required RMD.

Some of this years changes were made to simplify entries, but I found them to take a longer amount of time due to back and forth to enter all items. Otherwise Turbo Tax is my goto software
