Ive been using Turbo Tax for years and found it easy to use, understand and complete my return. When questions came up I could usually find the answer in the guidance Turbo Tax could provide.

It would be great if you could transfer all information on the imported 1099-B onto worksheets. If not, at least allow users to expand worksheets to full screen for data entry or correction.

The old way of entering interest, dividends, and capital gains was easier to work with than the new way. With a large number of entries, the new method is unwieldy.

Much harder to calculate estimated taxes. There also seems to be a glitch when extra state products are installed but not used on a particular return -- the entire return will not finalize.

I felt the TurboTax software was very thorough. I found it was helpful that it could take my information from last year to help me file this years return.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades to do my taxes. Each year they progressively make the program easier and more intuitive. I am very satisfied with the software and service.

Futures entry is not well defined. In an attempt to force payment of the $25 electronic filing fee no option is given to file state taxes by mail. That is a rip-off.

Very disappointed, as a retired CPA I found the new format very confusing. Wasted time going back and forth to get information from different forms and not sure if I had recorded all of the info on the return in the correct format.
