Love TurboTax. We have been using it for years and it makes the whole process so easy. It steps us through every category, so we don't have to worry about missing anything.

I had alot of trouble with underpayment penalty. I had a refund and paid an estimate for my roth conversion and still had to annualize my income. The annualized income was a very lengthy and time comsuming process.

You screwed up my state return, the standard deduction was not calculated. Too late to try to fix it now. Some information is confusing. Example just state that AGI is line 11 on the Federal 1040 form.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 or more years. I am satisfied with this software. It is always thorough in it's questions in order to complete my return accurately!

too much repetition of info already in system. also, infuriating to go through the deductions and find that you will get the standard deduction. list the standard deduction up front and tell you not to bother if your deductions are lower.

Can be confusing and should have had an 'Update Turbotax' tab in the menu instead of rejecting the sending of the e-file along with all those stupid 'Update Now' messages with no obvious way to achieve it

This should not be required. Enough hoops to jump for this year's Turbo Tax. By now you should be including some AI to help with sticky points, not charging extra fees to get on-line help. I miss the disk.

1st complaint could not pull up my last years turbo tax. 2nd complaint entered my bank account and my and spouse's driver's license closed app when i reopened it all that info was gone

hate that you have to update every time you go to your file. The link to LPL to get my account info would not work. Did not pull all the info from previous return.

In interest income section, some of my interest income already paid tax. However, there is no way to enter the tax paid. Therefore the Turbotax software needs to improve the Income section.
