Been a customer for approx 12 years. Ease of use. Friendly, competant phone support. Have recommended to friends. Price not hiked this year. Some of the changes this year are cosmetic only, but feel kind of dummied down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Using TurboTax this was beyond confusing and frustrating compared to other years. After suffering through terrible software, we will be hiring professionals to do our taxes from here on out.

Turbo tax always works great. Only thing that would have made it a little faster was being notified of software updates being available prior to trying to efile. But great product as always, will be using next year for sure.

We easy to set through the tax return. I would like to be able to pick up where I left off instead of having to start at the beginning of a certain item. Also, a heads up on the required use of the driver's license would have been helpful.

I have used TurboTax for the past decade and would highly recommed the program for those comfortable with doing their taxes and are aware of the need for reliable information from their experts when needed.

Designating portion of refund to following year's taxes should be accomplished from the screen" "What do you want to do with your refund." That seems like a no-brainer. However, I had to dig around to find where to accomplish that.

2024 was LESS intuitive and very difficult tom get pertinent answers from the HELP areas. However, the occasional use of your HELP phone kept me using TTAX. Thank you for that ability to reach a person - it made the difference.

The process to file with an IRS generated PIN is not explained and there is no guidance on where the IRS PIN should be entered. I have submitted my return for the second time hopefully it is correct with this submission. FIX THE PRODUCT.

Comprehensive product with great, well drafted Help resources and explanations. Easy to navigate between the input screen and the forms and worksheets. I feel comfortable that my return is accurately filed.

Turbo tax is great for ensuring that you receive all possible deductions and great for reviewing any errors that you may have made, so that you can correct them before finalizing your returns.
