The newly designed import process is very difficult to work with - and it is impossible to import and update one imported account from a financial institution without deleting and re-importing the entire set of accounts.

It is very hard to find the worksheets or anything else when you are told you have an error or something wrong with a worksheet. Why can't you just highlight the form and be directed to the issue?

Amazing software as it walks you through the entire process from downloading required data from brokers, to competently filling out the balance of your return. Then it completes the efile upload to the IRS without difficulty.

Turbo Tax 2024 worked pretty well. The program wouldn't let me enter numbers in the Step by Step mode for some of my medical expenses -- I had to work around the problem by shifting to the forms mode.

Overall, the experience was fairly easy. Only issue that I had was trying to delete a form that wasn't needed for this year. Been using Turbo Tax for many, many years and plan to continue using it.

Taxes paid to foreign countries (investments) works fine for federal but trying to claim credit in AZ forms is not completed so I just skipped it and deleted the form.

It was fairly easy process to prepare my returns after I got through a very glitchy installation process, after purchasing and downloading the TurboTax Premiere. Made assistance request calls twice, without getting adequate help from support people.

Very easy to use guided process that lets me keep control of the tax submission. I love that the program keeps track of the carry over information so I don't have to do that.

Unable to confirm accrued interest was recorded properly, but search says Turbo Tax has a bug. Unable to select forms for review. Not easy to see how to save filed documents Not sure I'll use Turbo Tax again

Antoine and his supervisor were great. Perhaps in the future, you could mention that IRS IPPIN is changed every January early in the month. Would have saved me a big hassle and of course a call to Turbo Tax. LORD bless in Jesus' Nam3e!
