I like using TurboTax to do my taxes. I signed up for turbotax advantage. It's supposed to give you a discount on your purchases. However, when I paid for my state return efile I was charged the full price.

All kinds of problems this year, mostly because I don't have or know a pass word stored in "tax-bpx_uuid_service" keychain. Now I can't get my returns to print.

A little frustrating to navigate at first but I believe I have the program figured out. It seems to be a great product and made taxes soooo easy. I am looking forward to filing next year's taxes.

It was very to fill out. The only problem was two companies that I needed to export they don't come up on your list. So I had to type everything in full. Not what I was expecting.

Intuit lobbies the government so that individuals must file their own taxes even thought the IRS has all of your information already and could file your taxes automatically. Intuit is a joke of a company and doesn't need to exist.

Normally I would give you 5 stars but this year your section on Roth IRA had a number of questions that were confusing and didn't seem to apply to me. Waisted a lot of my time.

I had to enter in everything 3 times before it finally got it right. It had a hard time to import my W2, and give me my federal refund. Took me way longer than it needed to. Not very inuitive, felt like a tax person programmed this thing. Not good

ANNOYING TO USE. Seriously frustrating software and is a pain. Has software issues where their AI tries to read things and says its wrong even when identical
