I've had very good outcomes the last few years with support (expert advise) I've received to complete my tax returns. Most impressive is the quick under 5 minute calls received from the time help is requested.

Not very good when trying to submit special forms. I needed to explain that my 4th quarter income included a onetime Roth conversion transfer which increased my taxes for the year and potentially penalized me for incorrect estimated taxes.

I had to amend my Tax as some of the info. was not transferred on the tax form. Originally, I was getting refund where as in reality I had to pay. I have been paying taxes and my position has not changed from year to year,

In general, TurboTax is a good product. The only problems we had were it didn't acknowledge our payment with our request for an extension and it didn't apply the $10 discount for the state return.

I'm using Turbotax last 25 years and its an excellent product for the tax filing. Its very easy to understand and follow to guide through step by step information for the tax filing. I enjoyed to using this tax filing software last 25 years.

Turbo Tax charges a premium price for their software and delivers just an average result. In addition, they charge you to E-file the return. There are better alternatives. I would not recommend this software.

So many reasons I'd like to give TurboTax a lower rating. Continual attempts to up sale poor interface No operating system requirements listed so not compatible with my computer Support is useless etc etc

Got me thru a very complex (for me) return including multiple rental properties, their sale this year, IRA conversions, and multiple pension incomes. TurboTax continues to be great for me with over 25 years using.

Love the "more info" feature on tax situations! If I didn't have access to last year's return to just update, it would be so burdensome I might have hire someone to do my simple tax return.

I could not enter on the lap top version a 6-digit IRS security code. Had to call turbo tax customer support to enter the code. Was not a problem in last year's version.
