I forgot to enter the IRS ID number. Turbo Tax didn't recognize that the number was missing and let me file the return. The return was rejected by the IRS. TT should have checked to verify this before filing.

Stall is new and maybe they will catch it soon--just sits there and finally catches up and everything is fine--used TurboTax for over 10 years and never saw this stalling.

Initially I found dealing with Turbo Tax this year was more complicated than previous years. I made a call for help and one of the agents, Kimberly was awesome and answered my questions and allayed my fears.

Turbo Tax has always been very6 easy to use. I was the same this year with one exception. I live in Washington which has not state tax necessary. For some reason this year Turbo Tax keeps trying to make me file a Washington state return.

Overall the program works very well. We have recurrent problems with downloads from financial firms involving OID entries and data involving bond sales.

not happy this year. many errors in the software. i cannot e file because of AGI. The valve i used was the default value from 2023 and the return keeps getting rejected. also it wants me to purchase a NH software which i do not need.

I did use one of the tax experts, Sam, who was excellent getting my returned filed properly. He was very polite and knowledgeable and a great assest to Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax calculated that I have to pay "Underpayment of Estimated Tax By individual & Fiduciaries". I live in California, and I do not pay estimated taxes on a quarterly basis. My taxes are withheld monthly from my retirement check.

We use this every year. This year our taxes were pretty simply, yet Turbotax missed the face that we had not entered the d1095-A Health Insurance Market Place Statement. It allowed us to file, then our tax return was rejected!

Imports worked poorly. That's the only reason I use this product. I will be considering other options next year. Illinois has free efile, why pay you MORE to do that?
