The Turbo Tax programs for partnerships and LLCs are fantastic. The program walks you through every step and covers every base. I couldn't have done my own taxes without Turbo Tax.

Not easy to navigate. Preparing to return is easy, but finding your return once you closed the program and try to return to it is difficult. Also, once the returns are filed, it is impossible to find them and, impossible to print them.

Entering the Income Portion for DIV, INT, etc. was a little cumbersome especially after transferring the 2023 amounts to 2024. I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years.

Unable to enlarge text size in app. Difficulty making corrections. When fixing mistakes at the end it was difficult to know which form the correction was on. I had to go back and fix it in the earlier section.

Buggy. Can't print the forms I need to submit payment, nor estimated tax forms for quarterly payments. Many errors in RMD calculations. I will select different products next year to complete my taxes.

Once again Turbo Tax made my tax filing very easy. I took advantage of the live tax advice option and was very pleased whit the prompt response and clear answers to my questions.

The last Expert I connected with did an excellent job until I accidentally terminated my connection with her on the phone. She maybe did not have acces to my phone number to call me back and I had no way of reconnecting with her. Sorry 'bout that!

I use Turbo Tax Premier edition as it is helpful for preparing a return which often includes capital gains/losses. And I'm not just saying that because I used to work at Intuit.

getting expensive, contents/process not easy to follow such as the rentals not obvious to decuct expenses. Domt like not having the "disk" and lengthy time to reach downloading software.

Data input was more difficult than previous years and harder to follow. Input forms should more closly follow the actual documents that are received by the client.
