Tables are not user friendly and needs scrolling side to side to enter. Need a single page to enter all capital gains information for multiple lots on one page.

For crying out loud, update your codebase so turbotax premiere runs natively on Apple Macs! Rosetta? Really? Also it is impossible to open or import data from last years return if one chooses to not add a password to last years tax return file.

A more frustrating experience this year, seems like the search function was not easily available for every page/section. More personal data was required, understandably for security (a plus).

They have made it easy to file taxes with all kinds of investments, rental income, improvements to rental etc. I am more satisfied this year than in the past

Clunky UI. And the program kept trying to force me to file a state return, even when it is not required. seems like it was trying to milk another $20 out of me.

Got stuck in a loop when trying to file New York State 2024 Taxes. I got two values for the 2025 Estimated New York State taxes: zero and $7,896. Gave up trying to e-file 2024 New York State taxes.

Desktop application always seems to have at least one bug each year. The headache of troubleshooting the bug knocks your product down to a 3 start rating. Prior to 2021 the turbotax desktop program never had any issues.

Once again, I was unable to install the software on my desktop, after 2 years of being able to do so. I'm irritated, but resigned to being a prisoner of Intuit. Lousy software, but I am stuck with it!

Okay, but two problems. First, getting the darn forms to download was a big hassle. Then going into all the detail, lots and lots of redundancies -- entering data multiple times and asking same questions after the response has been entered.
