It gets easier every year. I've used TurboTax since 2018 and the first few years were getting used to how it asks for data and the easy automated data entry from financial institutions.

Have been using TurboTax for the last 14 years. Always easy to navigate and use. The step by step filing guide and the pop out information are always very helpful.

The Automatic update is a real pain in the butt!!! It is time consuming and prone to to failure. And there is no way around it! MacBook Air M2 15.3.2

The Turbo Tax experts were exceptional and very knowledgeable. They stay with you all the way with patience .They know what do and sharing your screen is the best experience.

I had great help from two people. The first Lady tried to help me with an error message that I was getting when I first went to use Turbo Tax, she did everything that she could. She then transferred me to a Tech support rep. that solved the problem.

Although tax prep is not high on my list of favorite things, TT makes it as painless as possible. The app is well-designed to bite off small pieces of the process and it gets completed in a reasonable timeframe.

It added too many new things that I had to look up plus it put in a 1099-R form which didn't exist and I spent precious time trying to figure out it wasn't necessary.

there is always a problem with e-filing through turbotax. My Mac book cannot e-file, it says I need an upgrade. My software is uptodate. I always expect some sort of glitch with this software and hope every year it gets worked out but it doesn't.

Frustrating that it did not support a Form 8990. Also certain items I completed during the Review Check, I wanted to go back and edit but could not find a way to do that.

I can't get one of my tax returns to transmit. When I go to print to mail in it is all jumbled up. I have to download adobe and that is another set of issues. I have used turbo tax for years. I am moving over to another platform. So frustrated.
