Been using TurboTax for years. Never had any issues with my fairly complicated return, and have found credits that I would've missed doing it on my own. Very complete and makes filing a snap. Got my refund last year in less than 2 weeks.

Turbo tax always works great. Only thing that would have made it a little faster was being notified of software updates being available prior to trying to efile. But great product as always, will be using next year for sure.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years to do my taxes and I find, it is the best helper to do your own taxes. Thanks for such a great and useful Tax software!!!

The only thing I found a little confusing was, when working with income, selecting Interest or Dividends, or Stocks invoked the same common list. But I got used to it.

The turbotax product is good. Makes it easy to file your returns. Disappointed that i can only file 5 returns. I file my 5 children and my own. Should be at least 10. I am not a professional tax preparer.

Too slow loading and updating, should be able to choose whether or not to install updates each time. So far have been unable to print my returns. Printer is ok as I can print anything else

Have been using Turbotax for years to do my taxes, as well as some relative's taxes. Makes the job really easy, and I know I can trust it to be accurate, as well as helpful in explaining everything!

Overall, similar experience to that in previous years. Miss being able to buy a CD copy of the software. Miss simple table display of investment income and charitable deductions

Did not enjoy dividends and interest changes to format. Very confusing, found myself with duplicates that had to be deleted. Please return to the 2023 format which was very intuitive and easy to follow.

Price is way too high, certain forms are not available for automated prep such as Schedule J or Form 172? These should be easily available for Turbo tax to determine their outcome on a personal or trust???
