Not as user friendly as I would like and it's much too slow! My 12 year old HP Pavilion g series laptop could be factor but since TurboTax is my only use for this laptop I don't want to spend the money for a new one.

After all these years, you still can't put my charitable deductions in alphabetical order. You ask me multiple times about filing a state even though Tennessee has no state income tax. After the first time, it should not be asked again.

Instructions for loading TurboTax app is not clear was much easier and took less time to load and use the app when the CD was available. would like to see next year's Turbo Tax sold with the CD.

UX is deteriorating in all facets. design and presentation is not consistent throughout, language flow is not even or consistent: syntax changes perspective within a single page/screen.

TurboTax does an excellent job walking through the tax filing along with providing helpful hyperlinks to further explain a lot of the tax nomenclature and categories.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 50 years. The only noticeable improvement for me would be not having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page after completing each section.

Made quick work of my return even with a lot of stock and options transactions included. Not happy about paying for a state e-file though. With the cost of the Premier Software, it should be a free e-file.

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years now to do my taxes and have been impressed with the way it makes even some complicated tax areas easy to understand. Great product

2024 modifications SUCK. I cannot modify the estimated taxes for 2025 for FED, and there is NO CALCULATION for State of Oregon Estimates. Worthless. It took me twice as long to prepare my return this year figuring workarounds for other forms -- S
