I've been using TurboTax since the 2000's and find it to be an excellent tool that I use once a year to get through all of my income taxes. I highly recommend it.

I have been using TurboTax for years. It has saved me countless hours of try to figure out my taxes on my own. Thank you Intuit for making such a wonderful product available.

awful...cannot print ANY of my tax forms and absolutely nobody can help me...I've seen numerous others experiencing the same problem...obviously turbo tax needs to fix this 'bug"

Still working on getting the lousy program to let me in 35 captchas and 6 6digit emailed codes later Next year H&R Block they are nearly so awful at making life difficult in the name of "security"

I could not enter on the lap top version a 6-digit IRS security code. Had to call turbo tax customer support to enter the code. Was not a problem in last year's version.

UNHAPPY. My return is 33 pages. it will NOT print page 24 and 25. Prints all the others. It is as if 24/25 do not exist - but I can see them in the pictures of all 33. I don't believe it was my printer...as it prints all the others.

The tax software is ok; the search for help is useless. Type in key words and suggestions come up not even closely related to the search words. I had to google the questions I had to get any good information.

Each year there seems to be more and more. A table of contents before each section would be helpful so I don't have to go forward then back to see where I will input everything

This should not be required. Enough hoops to jump for this year's Turbo Tax. By now you should be including some AI to help with sticky points, not charging extra fees to get on-line help. I miss the disk.

Improved from Tax Year 2023 software -- Intuit or Banking/Investment organizations are providing more up to date tax forms e.g., E*Trade provided 1099-R without going back to the website to download them later.
