Simply said...not as good as it use to be....Updates took longer and errors delayed my filing options. Will continue to use Turbo Tax and hope this improves.

I do not like this years format when inputting interest and dividends. Not easy to work with. Does not follow easily. I have used turbo tax for many years. Like this version the least.

Some explanations are lacking in TurboTax and help from TurboTax's professionals is therefore needed. Other than that, Turbo Tax makes it possible to prepare more complicated returns without the help of an accountant.

While not without a few challenges to navigate the app, having been a long time customer, I know pretty much what I need to do. The various worksheets help me understand the ins and outs of the tax code, so it helps me learn and plan.

3 years running I have caught TurboTax Premier making mistakes. If I wanted to end up doing it all myself, I wouldn't buy TurboTax. Next year I WILL do it myself and save the $$$

The most expensive version and it still costs an extra $25 for state eFile. Program uses excessive screen space to ask simple questions and frequently 'locks up' or goes to sleep in the final stages for several minutes. (Win10 Pro, dual screens)

Did not engage with experts. The product seems to improve each year. With one exception I've used TT each year for about 20 years. I used another automated system prior to that. TT purchased my previous service.

Very disappointed, as a retired CPA I found the new format very confusing. Wasted time going back and forth to get information from different forms and not sure if I had recorded all of the info on the return in the correct format.

This is the best way to file my taxes. It asks all the questions, checks for mistakes and gives me a confidence that my tax return is accepted and that it is accurate and complete.
