Worst experience ever!!!! I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years in a row and never had trouble, until this year never could e file my taxes, hours of online help and still no.

Too slow loading and updating, should be able to choose whether or not to install updates each time. So far have been unable to print my returns. Printer is ok as I can print anything else

I like the software. It give easy step by step instructions. I like the upload of investment documents. Saves time. I would like a summary of tax changes that affect me - if that is possible.

I've been able to use TurboTax for years and found it "user friendly". Most areas have explanations attached to aide with questions. It is "error free" in calculations best of all. If you are a novice, just read the instructions.

Very unclear on why a new download is needed. Keeps tacking on fee after fee. $60 for TurboTax Deluxe and another $45 to "upgrade" to Premium, another $50+ in fees to file.

It worked very well with one exception: The estimated taxes PAID for the New Mexico state taxes were not requested when doing the step by step input. I had to find the form and add the paid estimated taxes by date on the form.

Interface is still the same as years ago. Nothing better. Also it is a shame that TT is not able to read information from downloaded banks' pdf if one can't link with the bank though TT. TT is still not user friendly enough.

I can't figure out how to tell Turbo Tax I'm really done. I filed my taxes online and paid online. The IRS and state notified me that it had received my returns and payments. Why doesn't my TT know that I'm finished.?

Very frustrating. Does not flow as well as past TurboTax programs. I could not print selected tax worksheets. For example, I could not print the estimated tax worksheet for 2025.

It is hard to double check where your total or number comes from. In the past I could go to Form and it will show the detail of your numbers. Why could not you provide that?
