I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. The step by step guidance was confusing this year. I found the entry work to be like last year, but following the turbo tax leads to get me to the entry areas was very confusing.

Not suppling a CD and having to download SUCKS! I needed to get support on the phone to walk me through because I kept getting the message "COULDN'T DOWNLOAD NETWORK ERROR". I wouldn't have needed support if I had a CD to load the software from.

I've been using TurboTax for many years now. It's easy to use and accurate. The final error check was a little confusing since it asked me to correct things out of context but overall, I think this is a very good product.

Completed 4 very diverse family members' taxes and had no problems whatsoever. I have taken tax prep classes, but had no real-life experience. I'm not sure if my tax prep classes were even necessary, now. Turbo Tax software made it simple.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. I find it to be everything I need. This year, particularly, I noticed changes which seems to make everything clearer. Particularly in the area of interest, 401 income and RMD's.

UNACCEPTABLE to charge $40 to process refund. The government does it free. I will MAIL my returns and use another tax software next year. TurboTax NEVER AGAIN!

Let's me get taxes done with confidence. A little hard to move around in the program but I always get there in the end. I've tried others but always come back to Turbo Tax.

Why do I have to sign into my Intuit account to process my state tax. Didn't do it last year. Why didn't software ask me for IP PIN. I feel I will be rejected

Some of the new screens (e.g., investments) are not intuitive. For example, interest earned from banks is found/entered under "investments" even though interest earned is not an "investment".

Quickly reviewed my return and located the issue preventing completion. Walked me through the changes needed to correct the issue. I would never have corrected the problem without the tax expert assistance.
