Very disappointed that I'm being charged an additional $40 to file, on top of the purchase price of Turbo Tax. Federal Taxes were never required anything additional to file.

There were glitches with editing charitable deductions and editing/updating the return in general that were frustrating and did not occur in prior years.

I am a faithful follower of a great product, and Turbo Tax is top-notch! The software is user-friendly and contains helpful tips, guidelines, and IRS rules to keep users from making costly errors. See you next year!

We have been using TurboTax for over 15 (more) years. Very easy (step by step) to use. Excellent product. Recommend everyone use this program to do their taxes. Takes the stress out of tax season.

Turbo tax does a great job of keeping everything organized and preparing the tax return. The Help function is not very useful and preparing estimated taxes for next year is obscure.

It's less intuitive than it used to be (been using TurboTax for many, many, many years...). I don't like the W2/1099 form entry screens. Go back to the old way!

Very disappointed! I wasn't told about the form 8453 until after I submitted my return. Why didn't the system give me the option to report stock sales in summary? Also, the new download feature for reporting stock transactions is really bad.

Never asked for IRS ID Theft Pin during personal info section nor when preparing to file tax return. Not aware of difference between Personal pin and IRS ID pin, required resubmission of E-file.

I am giving this optroduct zero stars. I was sorely disappointed with the software for the price that was charged. I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years and this product was the poorest version that I have ever experienced.

TurboTax has been my filing tool forever. It's easy to use and seems to cover everything I need to file accurately. My only concern is all the necessary information required to file. In this day-and-age such information is often dangerous to share.
