Really easy to navigate through, I was able to complete my taxes myself but I appreciated knowing I could've consulted with a tax expert at any point.

You need to put effort into the PA state software. Instructions along the way are lacking. State muni income is not explained well and does not work: it should transfer from the Turbotax Fed worksheet forms!

The product does everything that it advertises. It's step by step guidance as well as the final printout of forms and ability to save the work makes the filing process simple.

overall pleased but ... but since you import information from my prior year's return(s) why can't you determine my capital loss carryover from prior years? I see no reason why you can't do that as part of the import process.

I received message unable to transmit try again later. The issue I had was when I went to turbo tax, it was suggested that I change my browser from google to firfox. However, the next day I was able to transmit my files without making any changes

Can be confusing and should have had an 'Update Turbotax' tab in the menu instead of rejecting the sending of the e-file along with all those stupid 'Update Now' messages with no obvious way to achieve it

Difficulty with Microsoft NET Updates on Windows 10 & Windows 11. Unable to complete on Windows 10 so used a Windows 11 machine, installed a Digital Copy to it, then completed the return.

I was surprised that even though it was advertised as Free E-File for the Federal Return, there is a $40 charge that is not mentioned until the very end, just before filing.

Had a lot of problems getting started with both the federal and state returns. Wanted password from keychain. Did not know how to do that. Unable to put the federal refund towards estimated taxes. No problem doing that with the state return.
