The only issue I had was during the state return . it did not ask me if I had made estimated payments. i had to go to the work sheet to do this this is on the desktop version

Turbo Tax states "that my TT has no errors" -- but that was not true. There were errors in my taxes where I put in my tax filings twice -- yet it did not catch the error.

I have been using TurboTax for Personal & Business use for last 20+ yrs and love it for all the use-cases I am able to address in Step-by-Step or Forms view and even pull specific Forms to address complicated returns.

When paying for E-file of state ITR using a credit card, with font at 140% the credit card info was out of screen. I could not use the back command. I had to end the turbo tax task but Turbo Tax would not restart. I had to reboot.

All worked except it would not recognize my routing number and account number so I had to request a refund by mail. Tried several times!!! Also can't get my printer to get return printed.

Crypto currency support is lacking. Makes me sign into my Intuit account to purchase eFile for state and then makes me manually enter my address instead of pulling it from the account they just made me sign into.

Software kept locking up, I paid for state filing, got a receipt and yet it wants me to pay again. And even if I try to pay twice it locks up and won't file.

Not pleased w all of the aftermarket sales request Forms would not e file, AGI entry is not matching up when I have used Turbo for 15? years. Not again

When I exit Turbo Tax during a return, I would like it to reopen to the exact question I last worked on. Turbo tax thinks there program is perfect they only offer help on taxes can't contact if there is a question on how program work.

Very helpful prompts, covers everything we need. Not sure why do info from downloaded files did not transfer into the program, such as which states interest income was earned.
