Too much marketing imbedded in your product. I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and every year it gets worse.I'm getting tired of it. Is it time to use a different product? Maybe.

TurboTax was fairly easy to do my taxes. When I couldn't find the information I needed, I called the service desk to ask where I can find the information. They handled my question quickly, and I was able to find what I needed.

I've been using TurboTax since 1990, when a friend gave me a bootlegged copy, I like it so much I've used it ever since (bought and paid for copies), that I converted all of my family members over to it instead of using the accounts.

Overall, TurboTax continues to be the best option for us to compute and file our tax return. The step by step process assures us that we don't miss a thing.

It didn't print the necessary forms for mailing like the program said when I finished. I just got an error and no forms found although I need a voucher to mail in the payment due.

Generally okay. it's troubling that I have to use a $27 upgrade to Premier simply to get one single form (a K-1 1065) that is not included in the Deluxe version. That's a pricey piece of paper.

Easy to use w/plenty of help. Cost 1 star because they said my state return was $20 but ended up $25 at checkout time. Also got stuck on 1st attempt to import data from brokerage, but worked on a re-try. Overall very happy with experience.

Let me start by saying I've been using TT for many years and put up with its quirks. It would be great to be able to escape out of a line of questioning without having to re-enter everything which is time consuming and therefore annoying.

Federal taxes smoother this year. However when moving to Hawaii state flow was choppy. GE tax IDs are not carried over year to year in the program so need to fill them in again.

I have been using TurboTax for years. It has saved me countless hours of try to figure out my taxes on my own. Thank you Intuit for making such a wonderful product available.
