1099 misc was too confusing. site did not show my auto renewal so i accidentally purchased twice. too many offers to do an IRA, why dont you give me a checkbox for "dont offer again"

If I wasn't a CPA with a specialty in Taxation, I would have gone to an accountant this year. You made it more difficult than other years and you NEVER create any continuity e.g. customer repeat loyalty.

I have use Turbo Tax for years. This year was different and I don't consider it better. I think people get use to the questions and the graphic after years of use, unless it is noticeably better why change. It is not better!

It used to be free to efile your taxes with the purchase of the software but now they charge. I may next year look into other options other that Turbo Tax.

I have been with Turbo Tax for many years and will never switch services. Easy to use, I trust it, perfect accuracy, and proven trustworthy. It is the best product bar none!

new look is confusing. Don't know where to click to enter data. Maybe it is the Google Chrome browser or maybe the icons don't react when you hover over them.

generally worked o.k. but software was not as friendly as version installed from CD in past years. i.e. would not import prior years personal information nor some historical data as I have used turbo tax for at least 10 years

Been using it personally for 15-20 years and now for grandkids. Has gotten better over the years. Electronic filing is great as grandkids always get refunds and it is amazing how quickly the refunds appear in their checking accounts.

I do not like the new 1099 format. When you review your 1099's, if you have several 1099-INT'S and 1099-DIV's you have to scroll through them ALL to check/edit them; therefore I would recommend they be separate again like they used to be.
