When I had completed the federal and state taxes, I wanted to review figures that I had entered. The program didn't allow me to fully review entries. Some of my figures didn't match the overall ending sums.

Your new process for downloading the Investment Data from different sources was confusing. Passed years it was much easier to identify the company, i.e.. Fidelity Investments, and get the download.

Excellent, efficient way to do taxes. Covered everything exactly as I expected and the improvements made for 2024 taxes resolved some of the areas of minor confusion that I experienced in previous years. Very easy.

As Always, easy to use, accurate and has a comfortable feel about it. Only complaint is that It's 2025 and I am still paying to e-file my State return.

Overall good product. Sometimes clunky and difficult to return or review entered information, particularly on state return. Inadequate guidance on entering 1099 LTC (It should at least be covered when searching for a topic)

Been using TurboTax for over 25+ years and it's never failed to deliver. When I was younger and ran my own business I used Intuit QucikBooks and it exported all my financial data seamlessly into the Turbotax Home and Business.

There were several entries that really weren't explained very well about what they actually were. Additionally, a couple of entries had to be made that really did not match the 1099 statement though did not appear to make any difference.

TurboTax is too expensive, has errors, and lacks too many forms used by millions. When forms are missing from and need to be filled in separately, it also forces the tax returns to be filled by mail.

The Live tax advice box went back to "buy now" after I paid for it and used it several times. Except for that, which is a software issue, the experts were generally quite helpful.

When our tax situation changes from one year to the next, like dependent child reaching 17 yrs of age, during the tax filing, guide us through as to what happens to our return amount? Walk us through that process. Thank you
